Orchestra

On October 18^th, Syringa’s six, seventh, and eighth grade orchestra made a fantastic appearance at CHS. The sixth graders played a fancy fiddle piece that had a little twist at the end. The seventh graders played a different version of “London Bridges Don’t Fall Down” as “Viola Bridges Don’t Fall Down”. The big finally was the eighth graders joining forces with Jefferson’s eighth graders playing Mountain King. Everyone did a wonderful and the parent’s seemed to enjoy the concert. Syringa’s next orchestra concert will be December 17^th, 2012. 

Band Concert

On Monday, Syringa and Jefferson had a joint band concert. They did really well and it was great for parents and students alike to see the progression of skill from 6th grade band to the CHS Varsity Band. Great Job Panthers!

Orchestra Concert
